Activity View Commands on the S3 // Risk Tab
Use these commands to group and filter activities and to adjust column widths.
Grouping
Use these commands to set how activities are grouped.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Group by Hierarchy | Use this command to group the activities by hierarchy code. For Primavera, Open Plan, and MSP projects, this list includes all hierarchical codes from the imported project. For other project types, you can group by WBS. |
Group by Fields | Use this command to group and sort activities by activity, user-defined fields, and code fields. When you select this option, a Grouping and Sorting dialog box displays that allows you to select the fields by which you want to group or sort. If you need to edit your selection at a later stage, use the Configure Grouping and Sorting option to display the Grouping and Sorting dialog box. |
Flat | Click to ungroup all activities. |
Configure Grouping and Sorting | Use this command to return to the Grouping and Sorting dialog box to edit the list of selected fields. It is only enabled if you select the Group by Fields option. |
Display Level | Use this command to set the level of detail that you want included in the Activity view. This option is only available when the activities are grouped. |
Filtering
Use these commands to filter activities.
Field | Description |
---|---|
None | When you use this command, Acumen does not apply any filters to the Activity view. |
Hide Empty Summaries | When you use this command, Acumen does not display empty summaries. |
<Custom filters> | These are activity filters that you have created in Metrics or Forensics. Select one to apply it to the Activity view. |
Autofit Column Widths
Select this command to automatically fit the Activity view column widths to the content.
